Subbu holds a Bachelors in Engineering and a certificate in Management Program from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India. His key specialties are Knowledge Management, Operations, Corporate Strategy and Program Management. He ventured into start up world in 1998 when he started Smartifacts.com, a company focused on information mining.

A.S. Machiraju

As the youngest member of Buddibot's team and a Co-Founder, Mr. A. S. Machiraju represents the youthful vigor and futuristic vision necessary to develop Buddibot's product line. [more]

From an early age, A.S. has been involved in beta testing educational software developed for Apple computer, by which means he learned not only standard academics such as reading and arithmetic, but also object oriented programming and hypertext organization of information, key components of a new way of thinking about and processing information.

He is focusing on Buddibot. product vision, mobile client software development. One of his applications called Pocket Tabla is available via Apple's App. Store.

Robert Decker

Robert Decker is primarily responsible for leading the technical direction of the company and the software development effort in the US and India. He has long been passionate about taking on projects that improve the human condition. [more]

Robert holds a B.S. in Genetics & Cell Biology from the University of Minnesota with a background in research science, including a stint as a Smithsonian Fellow. He has 15 years experience in software design and development both as a leader and as a member of multi-cultural teams with experience in commercial, healthcare, government, and consulting.

Ian Clapham

Ian is responsible for developing new markets. These include a number of strategic markets including Australia and Japan. Ian also assists in forging strategic alliances. [more]

Ian holds a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering. Ian has 25 years experience in International business development through his consultancy business (Over the Horizon Marketing). He is the co-founder of Active Optics a company specialising in innovative software solutions for digital cameras and camera phones. Ian has investments in the macadamia nut industry and thoroughbred horse racing industry.
